Nordenfjells in the year 2030: Beyond the point of no return
Why year 2030? The year 2030 stands out as an important milestone in the Sameland politicians’ plan for the construction of Sami power, also in the Norwegian land area, referred to as Sápmi.
More about 2030 below. But first: The Right has held a national meeting and adopted the party The party goes to election for the period 2025-2029.
I comment here four program posts in the party program, which in my opinion is of particular interest in northern regions of one year 2030 perspective.
From the program post Elections and democracy: “Norway has one of the world’s most developed democracies. Countries that do not want liberal democracy well, encourage polarization and divisions. Democracy is also weakened from within countries where it was previously assumed to stand firm. ”
From the program post Research: « The Right places particular emphasis on publicly funded research to be of high quality and be independent of political guidelines or special interests that can shake the credibility of research. »
A majority of voters In the constituencies from Hedmark to the Russian border, partly questioning and partly incomprehensible to the message in these two program posts. Rendered clips from Elections and democracy and Research Namely, is not adequate for perceived reality on the Northern Calotte.
In the program post Agriculture, food and animal welfare can one read that right wel «Maintain reindeer husbandry as a trade route, and work to reduce land and pasture conflicts while safeguarding the landowner.
The program post Indigenous peoples and national minorities Sounds « Right will 1: Pick a policy for equality between the majority and minority population and work to increase the general knowledge of society about indigenous peoples and national minorities. 2: Facilitate sustainable land industries in Sami areas in collaboration with the Sami environments. 3: Conduct a NOU about reindeer husbandry in Norway – an independent review that illuminates the story and outlines the future of reindeer husbandry in Norway.
Together, the words in the program posts about reindeer husbandry, indigenous peoples and national minorities confirm the presence of a political room for continued segregation at the Northern Calotte. The grips that the party will take, rocking the promise of equality and equality for the law, in social and business policy, on the Northern Calotte. It’s serious.
This is because the government and the Storting have equipped the Sami Parliament and « Sami interests » with the ILO-169-UPEPOSK CARD « . By dragging the card, they can determine the direction, the content and speed of policy development in the Nordenfjells at all administrative levels with the help of the consultation scheme.
There is reason to believe that without being aware of NSR’s actual interest in the year 2030, the right -wing management obliged early, just until the year 2030. On October 17, 2011, Sami President Aili Keskitalo (NSR) told NRK Sápmi that she is happy that the Right in « His election program has assured that the Right will, by 2030, help to further develop the Sami Parliament’s business », and that she trusts “On the fact that the Right centrally holds steady courses in Sami policy. So far there has been no reason to doubt it, ” concludes Keskitalo.
In 2006, the Storting unanimously decided to establish a statutory « Berlin Wall » against openness and access to « Sami cases »; – Namely section 19 of the Public Law.
Some of the explanation for the disabled in which northern regions is in the context is that the principle of transparency and access to all public has not been the current north of Dovre after 2006.
Reading and understanding 1: The wording in « The Sami Parliament’s planning 1998-2001 » on consultations and 2: The message in Ságat’s leader in November 2013 on the Sami situation, can, along with 3: repeal §19 of the Public Law, can be a start to a necessary clearing job for politicians to get the politicians in their own house.
