Stojanoski: Our priority is to join the EU, but in a dignified way

Bojan Stojanoski, MP of VMRO-DPMNE, was guest on the show « Only Truth » on Channel 5 Television. He pointed out that they are firmly committed to European integration, but still joining the EU as a full member to be in a dignified way. Stojanoski said that this government is open to dialogue and cooperation and is struggling for success and recognition of Macedonia, both at home and on the international stage.

– We have said our plan accordingly and we repeat that with all those we are talking about, whether the President of the European Council, the European Commission, was. We are an essential priority to join the EU, but in a dignified way and thus according to the criteria of Copenhagen, not with bilateralization of certain problems – says Stojanoski.

Stojanoski emphasized that Macedonia receives praise from European leaders for reforms and successful implementation of the growth plan, but added that despite international support, there are internal obstacles to the state.

– What Rokas said today, the respected EU Ambassador, said there was an initiative and a diplomatic offensive. The fifth of our arguments that are only to respect that human fundamental right to self -determination. I think in terms of other reforms that we can now do, and Mr. Costa and Kaya Calas said that we are quite great at delivering projects for growth plan. Mrs. Martha Kos called us champions in the Western Balkans, for the adoption of legal solutions, the implementation of reforms and withdrawing those funds, but we all know here and the citizens that prevent us and that led us to prevent us – Stojanoski said.
