According to the current invitation of apartment building modernization projects, state support is provided to residents, provided that the energy efficiency class B is reached after the renovation and at least 40 %. savings of heat energy.
This invitation is an innovation – it is subject to a fixed rate model that includes the cost of services (design, administration, maintenance) and the cost of energy -saving and life -saving measures.
