State properties are offering 13 buildings in four cities through a competition

From the state real estate, they draw attention to the office space in Jurkovićeva Street, 43 square meters in the roh-bau state, and to an apartment in Krajiška, which they say is « useful potential for personal or business use ».
Five state -owned real estate is sold in Karlovac, from an apartment in Haulikova Street, which is scheduled for demolition, to business premises in the streets of Banija near the train station and in Dr. Vladko Macek Street.
A large office space in Ilok of more than 254 square meters in Dr. Franjo Tudjman was re -advertised for sale, because there were no interested in previous tenders, and a larger office space of 101 meters square is also sold in Osijek on Stjepan Radic Street.
For initial prices for sale from state real estate, they have been said to have been estimated in accordance with market values by permanent court experts, with the prices for several advertised real estate, for example, for the said office space in Osijek, it is initially required 88.5 thousand euros, and for an apartment in Karlovac, scheduled for demolition, 9,790 euros.
The garage place in Zagreb at Bruno Busic has a starting price of 31.8 thousand euros, and a cellar apartment in Zagreb’s Livadiceva Street of 30 square meters of 55 thousand euros, according to state real estate.
They also say that interested parties can submit more offers, but for each property a separate offer in a separate envelope, and those who offer the highest price will be considered a « most favorable bidder ». Real estate can be viewed from July 1 to July 4 according to the tender schedule.
