The need to accelerate stems from the fact that the failure to renew it entails an estimated economic loss in about 400 euros gross monthly for officials and almost 600 euros for public managers and professionals, according to FP Cida estimates.

FP Cida: « Essential to make the public career attractive »

« Waiting for the official confirmations, we welcome the opening signals that seem to go in the direction we hope », comments Roberto Caruso, president of FP Cida. « Although they consider these allocations not fully enough to recover delays, loss of purchasing power and salary equalizations, we believe it is essential to be able to open a comparison on strategic issues: from the strengthening of welfare and continuous training, to the stability and autonomy of the assignments, up to the recognition of performance through transparent evaluation systems », he adds. For FP Cida « it is also essential to enhance the experience of senior managers and make the public career for young people attractive again, offering adequate wages, certain professional growth prospects and greater organizational flexibility, increasingly oriented towards results ».
