State graduation will be taken in schools that have spatial conditions, for other testing will be at the faculties

Graduates will take the state high school graduation in their schools provided they meet the necessary standards for conducting the exams. For schools that do not have spatial conditions, the State Examination Center (DIC) will provide alternative premises on the basis of demands that will be submitted by the schools affected.

The Union of High School Students said that their request was accepted to take high school graduation in school premises instead of the faculties amphitheaters, except for those who do not have the conditions. This was announced today by the President of the Association of High School Students, Berin Muhammad, and DIC director Daniela Jovchevska-Mihajlovska.

– All schools that meet the spatial possibilities, in accordance with the Rulebook on organizing state high school diploma, which means meter and a half distance before and behind the student and from the side, have the opportunity to take the large rooms in schools, which are gym or holes. For other schools, which do not have such opportunities or do not meet the spatial conditions, the state high school graduation will be organized at other locations, more precisely at the faculties-said Jovchevska-Mihajlovska.

He pointed out that the principals, ie the schoolmboxes, asked to analyze the spatial conditions and submit to the DIC request if they were not able to organize graduation in their schools according to the Rulebook. For those who have already stated that they have no conditions, DIC has approached solutions to organize graduation graduation.

As he said, there are more such schools in the country, but unlike in previous years when they have provided benches and chairs for the schools in sports halls of other schools, they will be provided with the faculties where they will be set up this year.

He said that this year too, the idea of ​​setting up mobile phones and other electronic devices will still be able to realize, but that as an option remains for the future.

High school leader Berin Muhammad has said that passing the faculty amphitheaters will apply to all schools that have no spatial conditions, not just some cities because, he said, such ambiguities are spreading among high school students.

– That is why we want to inform high school students better. We asked for a meeting with the MoES and DIC and after the meeting we found out that all schools were given the opportunity to take their premises if they were eligible for those who could not meet the conditions, they could ask for the spaces – Muhammad added.

The two external examinations from the state high school graduation 2024/2025 will be taken on May 31 and June 11. About 15,000 high school graduates have been reported to take the passage.

This month, high school graduates are working on a project assignment which, along with external and internal exams, is part of the state high school graduation. DIC has already begun preparations for the final exam – tests have been published in previous years along with the correct answers that help high school graduates as preparatory material.

With the adoption of the new Law on Secondary Education, which is in parliamentary procedure, news is also expected in the state high school diploma or models in accordance with the type of education (gymnasium, expert and artistic).
