Dispute over the scope of the investigation order
The state parliament in Wiesbaden had previously commissioned several reports on the AfD application with 43 questions with 43 questions in Wiesbaden due to constitutional concerns. After reading it, the CDU, SPD, Greens and FDP shortened the investigation order on only seven inquiries.
The AfD parliamentary group filed a constitutional action-the citizens were entitled to extensive clarification of the former Corona policy. The opposition faction also demands changes in its favor when compiling the committee of inquiry.
