Starts with a camera on a glass shelf / day

I am greeted by collectors of various things in the swamps of Jelgava district Juris and Ieva Zborovski. About 25 years ago, Juris started collecting, and Eve gradually involved. Both also have a small farm – raising their own quail and chicken, getting mushrooms from the forest in an adjacent forest and keeping a garden, even though part of everyday life is in the city, working in the plastic processing industry.

With childhood aura

I have come to see the watch house created by Jura and Eve, and it turns out that this collection came at very unintentionally and is not the only one. Juris’ real passion is collecting cinema and photo equipment. He also started collecting coins and banknotes in his childhood. In parallel, the Soviet -era car collection has been growing, which Juris has turned relatively recently. The warehouses are also snapped by other items that Juris both bought and received as a gift. Mostly they are from Soviet times, and they are often accused of it, but the couple unanimously replies: « It’s our childhood, we have grown up in these times. We may like them or not, but they were. » For example, one of the reasons for purchasing a scooter Muravee – In childhood, Ieva’s mom had one. « She led us to the river in such a red, » Ieva remembers.

The watch house, from the outside, is decorated with different watches, is arranged in a summer cottage that Zborovsky wanted to mix, but friends have advised to set up a house for watches. « Those watches began to pull at all, » Juris laughs. « Often people bring not only what they need, but also what I need. » He usually replaces such things for people who collect them, but no one in Latvia is accumulated in Latvia, so they remain.
