Speurders interrogated YouTuber Acid after searching (Blankenberge)

YouTuber Acid was released on Thursday after interrogation from the investigating judge under conditions. The public prosecutor’s office of West Flanders, Bruges department, confirms this after Nathan Vandergunst (25) was interrogated in the afternoon by the West-Flemish Federal Judicial Police (FGP). In a video, Nathan Vandergunst (25) announced the name of a student who received suspension of punishment for rape. The judicial investigation continues.

Five police officers stood on Thursday morning at the parental home of Acid – real name Nathan Vandergunst – in Blankenberge for a house search. The popular YouTuber was not at home at that time, although the investigators have been effectively inside, led by the investigating judge in Bruges. They took his computer with them during a short visit.
The public prosecutor confirmed on Thursday afternoon that Vandergunst is being heard by the investigators about the facts. Vandergunst, who was sitting during the house search in Ghent, was met in the station of Bruges by agents of the Federal Judicial Police (FGP). His lawyer was also there to take on the defense. From there it went to the buildings of the FGP in Bruges, where Acid is currently being questioned.
The Bruges public prosecutor confirms the house search and gives it that it is part of a video message. « In that message, among other things, the identity of a man who previously had to answer for the rape and assault of the sexual integrity of an adult woman before the court of first instance in Leuven. »

The West-Vlaanderen public prosecutor opened an investigation and the investigating judge demanded for the facts of attack. The investigation is continued by the FGP West Flanders, led by the investigating judge in Bruges.

At the beginning of April Acid announced the name in a video of a 24-year-old student gynecology who was convicted of rape, but received suspension of punishment. The verdict caused a lot of dust, after which Acid announced the name of the defendant in a video.
Acid is not available for comment for the time being.
