Solverde files a complaint against Ana Gomes for « attentive statements of the good name »

The Board of Directors of Solverde presented a “criminal participation” against Ana Gomes, a former PS-venture, for attentive statements of the company's good name and reputation.

In a note, on Friday, ASOLVERDE-Costa Verde Tourist Investment Society SA considered “extreme gravity and attentiveness of its good name and reputation” the statements of Ana Gomes on the system of control and regulation of casino games, with criminal participation the objective of investigating “responsibilities and their sanction”.

Already today, Ana Gomes has announced that he made a participation in the European Attorney, with knowledge to the Portuguese authorities, related to the bordering of the Solverde Group to the Prime Minister's family company, Spinumviva, and with an alleged lack of regulation in the casinos.

According to the former team, this information collected from open sources “with everything that was published from the moment it was known from all this connection of the Prime Minister to Casinos Solverde”, also stating that “the Portuguese Games Regulation System is absolutely fictitious”.
