SMS Competition Rules for Subscribers « Pope Francis Medallion »

Article 1: Organizer and Purpose of Competition

Organizer of a prize competition called « Win the Pope Francis Medallion » (hereinafter: the competition) is the 24 -hour doo, OIB: 78093047651, Oreskovic 3D, Zagreb (hereinafter: organizer), which has all the rights and obligations arising from the prize competition.
The competition is announced for the purpose of promoting the organizers and rewarding loyal subscribers. The person who applies to participate in the competition further in the rules is called a participant. These competition rules (hereinafter: rules) are published on the same day of the competition in the print edition of 24 hours.

Article 2: The duration of the competition

The prize competition runs from 26.4. 2025 to 26.4. 2025 from 12:00 am to 1:00 pm and is carried out by sending SMS messages in accordance with the conditions specified in Article 4 of these Rules.

Article 3: Prize Fund

The prizes fund that participants can win consists of 50 gifts with a total value of € 66.50:

The winner does not bear any taxes, obligations or compensation directly related to the award won in this competition.

Participants of this competition may not require prizes in larger quantities or different rewards than those listed in these rules by the organizers, and in particular, they may not require the payment of the cash equivalent of the award.

The organizer is not responsible for using the award after downloading it by the winner.

Article 4: The right and mode of participation

Only subscribers to the print edition of 24 hours in the period from 26.4.2025 have the right to participate in this prize competition. to 26.4.2025. from 12:00 to 1pm. Participation in the competition is accepted by the rules of this competition.

The organizer is authorized on the basis of a discretionary assessment at any time and without explanation to disqualify any participant if he violates the legal regulations in force in the Republic of Croatia or his actions disrupt the reputation or harm the interests of the organizers. Participants of the prize competition, by accepting the rules of participation, completely renounce any claims from the organizers on the basis of the compensation of any form of cost or damage that could occur when fulfilling the task prescribed by these rules.

Participation in the competition is achieved by sending a SMS message to number 60141. SMS content: medallion, your subscription code. The right to the gift is exercised by subscribers whose subscription period is continuously lasting at least 3 months.
The award wins the 24 fastest participants who first send the SMS message previously stated content to 60141.

Article 5: Proclamation of the winner of the prize competition

Upon completion of the competition (26.4.2025., 13: 00), 24 participants with the fastest application will win one of the awards listed in Article 3 of these Rules, in accordance with the conditions listed in Article 4 of these Rules. The winners will be informed of the winning prize via the SMS message.

The organizers can opt for the second winner if the first winner does not report on time, according to the competition rules.

Article 6: Downloading award

The awards will be sent to the winners via mail to your home address. The reward is not transmitted to a third party.

When downloading the award, the winner presents the identification document.

Article 7: Participants in the Contest

By applying for participation in this competition, participants accept the rules of this competition.

Article 8: Wrong and irregular applications

The wrong or incomplete applications are invalid and do not give the applicants to any compensation or participation in the competition.

Article 9: Publicity

Data and materials obtained during the application for the competition can be used without restriction for promotional purposes, as aim of obtaining publicity and promotion of the organizers and holders.

Article 10: In case of dispute

The disputes between the organizers and the participants will be resolved peacefully. In case of inability to resolve the dispute, the court in Zagreb is competent in disputes between the participants and the organizers.

Article 11: The possibility of interrupting the creative competition

The competition can only be interrupted in the event of circumstances for which the organizer is not responsible, or which he could not predict, prevent, eliminate or avoid. Participants will be informed of the interruption of the prize competition through the official site of the competition.

The organizer retains the right to change the competition rules, which all participants will be informed in a timely manner through the official site of the competition.

Personal Data Use rules:

Participation in the « Pope Francis Medallion », which takes place from 26.4.2025. at 12 noon until 26.4.2025. Personal data storage and processing will be performed over the period 26.4. to 26.4., and from the day of receiving your information.

Also, I give explicit consent and agree to the publication of the data obtained through the competition, on the 24sata DOO website in the event of a change in any of your personal information, please inform the 24-hour doo by sending an e-mail notification to [email protected] to correct or update your personal information.

We hereby inform you that you have the right to withdraw the day at any time in full or partly, in such a way that the 24 -hour doo in writing to Oreskovic’s 3D with the note « Marketing Department GDPR », electronic form on [email protected]. Furthermore, upon receipt of the statement of the withdrawal of the consent, we will confirm the receipt in writing, and the personal information covered by the withdrawal statement will no longer be processed starting with the date of withdrawal of the consent. Please note that all processing and/or transmission made by the date of withdrawal of the consent will continue to remain legally valid.

In addition to the right to withdraw the consent, in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations, you have the right to access and confirm the 24 Hours of the DOO in connection with personal information, the right to correction, the right to delete (« right to oblivion »), the right to limit processing, the right to the transmission of data, and the right to complaint.
