Slovenian with a puppy mango took the most beautiful photo of animals
Young Slovenian photographer Nika Kuplenk Golobic has been awarded at the International Society of Animal Photography), which is under the auspices of American professional photographers (Professional Photography of America). She achieved first place in the Outdoor Dog category, received the award by judges and won the title of animal photographer 2025 in the overall standings.

Award -winning photo has a title Ghost and shows Nika’s dog manga breed a Romanesque water dog. The puppy in the dark lies on the rock in the middle of the stream and looks straight into the lens. Nika combined two photographs with photographic knowledge and skills – a portrait of a dog and a photo of a blurred water she has achieved with a longer exposure. Both photographs were taken in Iška Vintgar in the late afternoon, and Nika turned the day into the night for a greater dramatic effect when processing the final photo, they wrote in a press release.

Technical perfection, story, effect
According to the press release, the photographic competition was held in two parts. The first part of the evaluation was live on the web on April 2, which means that the competitors were able to remotely monitor the evaluation of a five -member refereeing assembly and possible commenting on photographs. Nika is for a photo Ghost received an average of 96 points, two judges awarded her a complete estimate of a hundred points. The judges were convinced by the technical perfection, the story and the effect of the viewer.

The second part of the competition was behind closed doors. At that time, the judges once again took the top ten photos from each category and identified the winners of all 14 categories.
Nika made it to the final part with seven photos in five different categories. In the announcement of the winners today at night, she learned that in addition to winning in the category in the overall points, she also won the title photographers of the animal in 2025. For barely two points, she beat last year’s winner, an American Judy Reinfordwhich they have met several times in the final parts of the competitions.

In addition to the aforementioned photography, four more – a studio photo of the Australian Shepherd Code and Border Shepherd Rivia, a studio photo of the Border Shepherd Haru, a photo of the Golden Water Running Light, and the Boston Terrier Bount, in the water, in the water, were contributed to Nika’s victory.
