Slovenia needs new development policy

Delo, in this fairly chaotic time, is very hard to encourage different environments to raise human awareness of how to live in independent Slovenia in the future, that the country as a community will bloom and that everyone will receive the most sophisticated and happy life. Unfortunately, the world gives us more and more difficult examples and shows us the devastating image of our own existence. And in Slovenia, irritating forces are also spread as cancer.

In history, it was full of decisive moments when we knew and could understand who we were and where we wanted to go. That is why, Lubi Slovenes, we were also able to stand in and exist. And now is the time to be aware of our essence again and to join forces for new development progress.

In the work is 9. June Nejc naked prepared the basis (the article Slovenia needs a new development policy and a groundbreaking period for the economy) for the in -depth self -questioning of anyone who really wants all the best for the whole community.

The newspaper, among other things, comes from a review of adverse demographic trends. “The population of Europe, and Slovenia is even more, the old… In Slovenia, the number of over 65 is increasing; There are 460,000 of them today and there will be 630,000 in 2050. ”A big number. What should the state do with all this growing crowd; Thus, he wonders the younger population, who is concerned how to maintain such a « burden ».

Here I suggest a shift in awareness and deeper social sciences. Much of the older population is still very active and capable of upgrading the common well -being. Of course, the elderly, where I judge myself, have their special needs and their rescue can be based on brand new, innovative approaches. I’m talking about the mobility of the elderly.

It is not a problem for living in the kitchen and living room or taking a short walk, but the problem is in a broader and personally satisfying mobility. How to meet the needs outside the apartment door, how to get home to a doctor, shop, friends, or arrange a series of other chores without having to seek and ask for proper transportation. This is a type of personal, individual concerns, problems and issues of practical, technological, physical and psychic, and the like. They are not just simple things, they are concerned with broader environmental, sociological, social aspects.

An old man can be mobile if someone (I’m not talking about a driving capable car owner) offers or allows him (public transport) in the vehicle. And after the ride, he must then tired to the finish line. It would be desirable to have a more friendly and useful form of passage in a particular place.

And since work encourages ideas for a new development policy, I offer a proposal or two for broader political, sociological and economic consideration of a way to actually help the elderly and others in mobility.

The idea of a Slovenian car of the future comes from three foundations: the production of a small, simple and inexpensive electric vehicle, on self -driving control technology and on driving through artificial intelligence. The vehicles would be made by a fully automated and robotic factory. It should be massive and generally available, accessible to call over the phone. After the arrival, the passenger would just open the door, install himself in the seat and say where he wants, and the rest would be a matter of technologically advanced, innovative solutions. As on a train where the passenger has no other tasks. A vital man (from childhood to a late age) could feel freedom and independence to travel in an environment that the vehicle could and should control.

Of course, this is just a concise description of something that could encourage and connect the whole community in the realization of the Slovenian car of the future. The imagination is boundless, the technological bases of the superior, the research options are challenging in many areas and the goal is clear – to allow basic, simple mobility to anyone.

Or else: If you were able to take a step forward, you could give the world a travel drone with a small one -seat cabin. If drones are trained to destroy, they could also be for the realization of human everyday needs.

I think that such and similar products could change many habits and relationships in the life of the individual and the community and contribute to the strengthening of the common awareness of Slovenia’s exceptional abilities.
