Skoda ENYAQ RS has 340 horses and modified chassis
The sports version was given modified shock absorbers.
Electromobility has brought Škoda not only more comfortable driving without local emissions, but also the most powerful serial models in the brand’s history.
At their top is the modernized ENYAQ RS introduced in Stockholm, as part of the Ice Hockey World Championship. Let us therefore start straight with technical parameters.
When ENYAQ RS came three years agooffered a system power of 220 kW (299 hp). Already before the facelift came the modernization of drives and it also increases performance. It has the same and the latest version of ENYAQU RS, a pair of electric motors delivers a system power of 250 kW (340 hp).
The rear synchronous electric motor with an output of 210 kW (286 hp) remains stronger, the front asynchronous is enough with 80 kW (109 horses). A torque of 545 Nm is transmitted to the rear wheels, to the front 132 Nm.
Acceleration from zero to one hundred is the same as well as with a smaller Elroqu Rs. So it takes 5.4 seconds.
These are not exceptional parameters within the segment or more accurate cars that use the same chassis platform MEB. The same two -engine all -wheel drive can be found elsewhere. The same performance offers Volkswagen ID.5 GTX., ‘ Cupra Tavascan And the latest Ford Caprithat has a tenth of a second better acceleration to a hundred.

ENYAQ RS remains available in both body versions, referred to as SUVs and Coupé, with the energy supplying a battery with a capacity of 84 kWh (79 kWh net) for up to 560 kilometers. This is for the Coupé version, which has a better air resistance coefficient of 0.239.
Technical changes for a better experience
Powerful are not only electric motors, but also charging itself. At a one -way stream (DC), it reaches a maximum output of 185 kW, so the car is charged in 26 minutes from 10 to 80 percent. Of course, assuming the battery is warm enough. The driver can also turn on the pre -heating manually, and can also set the battery charging limit.
When charging AC (AC) from the three -phase wallbox, 11 kW must be sufficient, when the car is replenished in 8.5 hours.
Compared to the previous version of the ENYAQ RS, there were changes when tuning the chassis, ie more precisely, has been more dynamic to set the shock absorbers, the driver can choose from 15 levels of stiffness. However, the adaptive DCC chassis is still a matter of additional equipment.
The Traction mode for all -wheel drive in more demanding terrain has been added. There are stronger brakes with dual -piston calipers at the front and progressive driving for a better road experience.
Within the sports chassis, the front axle is reduced by 15 millimeters and the rear by 10 millimeters compared to the standard ENYAQ.

Same car, changed design
Just like the « civilian » version, the RS has received a new front mask, which Škoda calls the Tech-Deck Face, behind the black backlit plastic are hidden driving assistants, including radar. LED matrix lights are already standard for RS and Full-LED technology also applies to the rear lights with the possibility of setting two animations.
The interior offers a large 13-inch infotainment screen and a small 5-inch virtual cockpit. There are two versions of upholstery to choose from. RS Lounge is a microfiber Suedia in combination with artificial leather and contrast lime-green quilting, or the RS Suite interior with genuine leather and gray stitching. Part of the door and dashboard cladding always has a carbon imitation.

Although it is the most expensive version, in Europe, the RS has already chosen more than 21,000 customers from a total of 270,000 car sold, so ENYAQ RS is 7.7 percent.
The new version will not be known yet. However, the predecessor is selling for EUR 63,300 and EUR 65,180, respectively in a more stylish Coupé version. This is the most powerful, but also the most expensive damage in the brand’s history.
