It was expected that on April 23, in London, negotiations at the level of foreign ministers of Ukraine, the United States, France, Germany and Britain will be held. However, the UK Foreign Ministry on Wednesday confirmed that Ministers’ levels are delayedinstead, meetings will be held at the level of high -ranking officials.
