In addition, it was also reported that the child’s mother was diagnosed with « abnormal personality traits » and the use of marijuana, while Patrycja J. had « deep social and emotional disorders and an incorrect personality structure. » Investigators, however, pointed out that none of these diagnoses had an impact on their sanity at the time of committing a crime.
Both women remain in custody from the time of detention, and the punishment threatening them may be up to 8 years in prison.
