Shocking case. 5-year-old girl lured and raped in the garage, operated on last night
A five-year-old girl was operated on by the doctors from Arad, on Friday night to Saturday, after being raped on the street, in the area of garages, by a 54-year-old man who would have lured her, being detained by the police.
The rape would have spent in the municipality of Arad, near garages near the tram depot in the UTA area on Friday night.
According to the County Police Inspectorate (IPJ) Arad, following the first investigations done by the police of the Criminal Investigation Service, the suspect is 54 years old and is from Iași.
‘It was detected in the municipality of Timisoara. Based on the evidence administered, it was detained for 24 hours, to be presented to the magistrates of the Arad Court, with the proposal to take preventive measures, for committing the crime of rape on a minor, ‘IPJ said.
Judicial sources said, for Agerpres, that the five -year -old girl was lured on the street, when she was unattended near the house. It would have been taken to the area of garages near the tram depot, where the man would have raped it.
Later, the girl was found by the family and was urgently taken to the hospital, because she was full of blood, where she suffered surgery due to the wounds suffered.
Depending on the number of days of medical care, investigators could change the framing of the deed to a more serious one, if it is found that the child’s life has been endangered.
