As described by Tuwrocław.com, the boy has been undergoing medical forensy, which showed numerous injuries: swelling of the head, skin and wrist abrasions and tumors on the head and face. These injuries caused him a damage to health less than seven days.

According to the man’s account, his son was accosted by these two students From the first grade and despite the assurances that the boys will be separated, this did not happen.
– They still learn together. We did not receive any psychologist’s help. The child is terrified. The son was afraid to go back to school where he should feel safe – describes the father of a second -grade beaten.
The father points out that the young attackers did not suffer any consequences, and the parents of one of these boys did not even come to school.

The director refused to answer the questions about the fate of the injured boy and possible consequences for the perpetrators.

The parents of the victim with the support of the lawyer, with whom they appeared at school already at the first visit, refused to help » – tells the « Fakt » spokesman for the institution.
What’s more, the boy who, according to his father’s account, is afraid to go to school, was to attend classes throughout the next week and « normally took part in lessons. »
« First of all, the statement that the school is trying to put the whole situation under the rug is harmful to our facility » – emphasizes Piotr Orlik.
The spokesman emphasizes that the school, according to legal provisions, is obliged to take care of every child who is a member of the event, which – as he assures – does. At the same time, due to the regulations, he cannot talk about the details of the case, including « conversations with the parties to the case or institutions. »
The Lower Silesian School of Education should be informed about the event. Meanwhile, a spokeswoman for the institution of Miłosław Bożek informed Tuwrocław.com that such a notification had not been received by the school board. The parents of the injured boy announce that in this situation they will inform the school board themselves.
