Shkodra painter Shpetim Garuci, brings the whiteness of the Marubi to an explosion palette
By Albert Vataj
There are moments when art is not just aesthetic experience, but a deep absorption of the soul of a time, an invitation to enter the essence of collective memory. In these moments, the artist is no longer only creative, but witness and parable. One such is Rescue Garuci, which comes not to reiterate the memories, but to rebuild them, through an explosion palette that give the maruban white. This exhibition does not happen, it looks like a silent rite that resurrects before our eyes the shadows of nobility and beauty that the pictures once fixed in the glass, and now seeking to breathe in the colors of the soul.
Painter Exhibition of painter Shpetim Garuci, « The Parable of the Black and Black Marubes of the Marubi in Painting », is an artistic event that opens in the dusk of April 10, to keep this scene open for a week, perhaps not enough to satiate with light and coloristic cultural experience, magical photography from albums and frames in magical decorated cavities.
On the evening of April 10, in the premises of Hotel Rozafa, the exhibition of painter Shpetim Garuci, which will enable painting lovers, as well as those of photography, was opened to convey the opportunity to overcome this rainbow until April 16.
The public of Shkodra and not only conveyed with emotion and experience this artistic event of the city of Shkodra, which comes as evidence of the growing dynamism of artistic events, as a renaissance of the city of representative values.
This exhibition is more than an artistic effort: it is a dialogue between times. Through the Garuci brush, the faces that once were fixed to the Marubi glass, emerge from the silence of the white and breathe in the colors of another time, without losing pride in what they represented. Each painting is an act of conscience, a parable of values that are not forgotten, but that can be re -lived through the eyes of an artist who feels the soul of Shkodra as part of its creative marrow.
For the driver of the « Eco Mind » Movement Mirsad Basha, this exhibition comes « … after a work and study of salvation, working and researching pictures of Pic, Marubi, etc., photographers who focused our early ethnography and culture. Contemporary.
For Kliti Hoti, as Shkodra and admirer of the representative values of this city, the impression of this exhibition is conveyed readable through what he has expressed in a post that Shkodra blog has distributed:
“To see the faces of the photographs of Marubi resurrected in color, with life, with soul – is a experience that touches the heart.
Garuci has done something more than art – has created a bridge between generations, between memory and the future. This is Shkodra I want: alive, creative, proud of its roots. And this exhibition is a beautiful reminder of how much we have to preserve and build. «
In a conveyance of the admiration of this exhibition, « The image of the black and white marubes of the Marubi in the painting », Shpetim Garuci expresses the creation of a relationship of drilling dynamism, living color and expressive strength. Not only the photography reset in a new dimension, but also the time to which these images belong, these characters, stops to restore the present link through a color game and an approximation of the power of experiencing in a digital era dominated by consumption.
Garuci climbs this intertwining to a level where classical photography becomes the key to entering the emotional world of an era we are leaving, but seeking to speak to us again – with a clear, colored, experienced voice. The heavy faces of mountain women, the cut eyes of men with a plaque, embroidered clothes – they live through color that does not deny them charm but extends their souls in time.
Shpetim Garuci, through this confrontation with the public of Shkodra, highlights the range of his work of this theme, elaborated in a variety of variety, as a culmination of the need to make this art a greedy tool of souvenirs. Because Shkodra, through photography, is representative and has created identity approaches from what Marubi has in her gallery, as an expression of contact. And now is this photograph, it is Shpetim Garuci – « The image of the maruban black and white manuscripts in the painting » – the one who puts photography and painting, white and color palette, in a focus with a deeper and wider diaphragm.
The need to see under another light these unique evidence has been artists and inspired creative power, to bring through a more intense breath the pulse of a glass fixed in the stamp – but now breathing again, in color.
In this exhibition, it is not just a spoken brush, it is a conscience that rises and a city that is remembered. Garuci’s painting is a call not to leave the silence to cover the greatness of our roots. Where Marubi once stopped time, Garuci gave her move. And in this movement, Shkodra is no longer just a memory, but a presence – that illuminates as a rainbow on memory, and explodes as color in every viewer’s consciousness.
