The result of the negotiations is an agreement on the exchange of all seriously wounded or seriously ill prisoners of war and young soldiers between 18 and 25 years.

Umerov said that Moscow and Kiev would exchange bodies of fallen soldiers on the « 6000 by 6000 » principle. This was confirmed by Russian negotiator Vladimir Medinski.

Russia once again rejected the proposal on the unconditional interruption of the fire and proposes a partial truce of « two to three days » on certain parts of the front line. The truce of at least 30 days, the return of soldiers under the age of 18, the liberation of the prisoners and the return of the body of the dead soldiers were the first Ukrainian request. Umerov emphasized that the return of their abducted children is a priority.
