President of the Senate of the Prešov District Court Marián Polaček adjourned the main hearing on Friday, thirteenth June. Then the final speech, the right of the last word, should be resolved, and the Senate may be brought by the Senate judgment. The defendant was missing again
The defendant director Natália Tobiášová apologized from the hearing again, agreed to the proceedings in her absence. The defense did not comment on what was said.

She received a personal surcharge because she was the head of the subject commission of the Slovak language, coordinator for social affairs and pathological phenomena, class teacher, was covered by the Erasmus program.
« One day the director called me to the office and said she was in a very bad financial situation and the school is not good, » she described the moment from 2012.
It was at the end of the school year. The director claimed that the bad situation was responsible for the former director, who became the head of the education department. He left Siberian after his successor had completely chopped his job.
According to the witness, Tobiah began to cry that she was not financially well, she only receives a hundred -euro personal surcharge and said Oľhova that she would increase her personal surcharge.
« I didn’t understand and regretted her. She said she would give me a different personal surcharge every month and I should bring her the amount he would say every month, » the witness said.
At first she did not realize what was happening, but when Tobiasova stressed that Slovaks and citizens were enough at school and indicated that she could release her, she understood.
And so, in her words, she paid the director every month: « I usually paid the money to the account.
