Tczew policemen received a notification from a 20-year-old woman who noticed that Chrysler riding in front of her was moving with a zigzag and without lights on. The driving style indicated that the driver could be drunk. The woman called the emergency number and informed the duty officer about her suspicions.
Collision and detention
While trying to overtake Chrysler, his driver suddenly got a woman’s way, which collided. After stopping vehicles, the 20-year-old got out of the car and took the drivers to the keys to prevent him from driving. Officers from the Patrol and Intervention Department arrived in the place.
Test results and consequences
It turned out that a 64-year-old man sat behind the wheel. The breathalyzer examination showed that he had nearly 2 per mille of alcohol in the body. Policemen detained his driving license and the car was processed in a police parking lot. Due to damage, the registration documents of both vehicles were also detained. The man will soon be responsible for his behavior in court.
