The police also worked with other status published by Kosice on her profile.
She wrote in them that « Danko begins a political war » that « Matovic would recover, the stupid Kollár will not have security. »
In the status, she also claimed that she would be asking for blessing from Orsh, « Decent people remember what the Hungarians did in the Slovak territory in history. »
In her next status, it stood: « Friends, let’s not forget that the Mafia Direction, her business from abroad, with Kočner, caused the death of two young innocent people. Those young were killed for the truth. So I don’t regret Fico, I have no reason. »
All these statuses, according to the police, did not contain statements for which it would also have to be prosecuted for the offense of approval of the crime. However, according to the police, they indicate the internal setting and feelings of the user’s profile to the events of the days.
Statuses wrote in anger
Kosičanka confessed to the authorship of the status on her profile last July.
She was sorry that they were understood as the approval of a crime. Were written in anger.
She said she did not remember that she wrote that « decent people could celebrate today, » she thought of Fico.
The status « Karma is free … » she remembered because karma is free, and was written in connection with Fico. It was meant that, as they say, « until then he walks with a pitcher for water until it breaks » or « who sows the wind, reaping a storm ».
Margita said that she meant the speeches of the current Prime Minister, who had hateful statements in the last period, just because he does not share his political opinion with him.
She characterized her statements as statements in freedom of expression, according to her, they were not offensive or negatively tuned. She condemns the violence itself, nor did she commit it to anyone.
She submitted to the interrogation by a psychologist from 2023 and a psychiatrist from May 2024.
