Shakira canceled her third concert and worried everything: ‘That’s not a reason’

Colombian music star Shakira She canceled her planned performance at Washington Worldpride, which is the third concert canceled in just a few days. The singer was scheduled to perform at Nationals Park today, but the organizers announced on Friday that the concert would not be held.

– Due to problems with the previous concert in Boston, Shakiraina cannot be moved to Washington on time. Although all the efforts have been made, the concert will unfortunately not be able to take place as planned – the official statement reads.

The news comes after two concerts in Boston were canceled earlier this week, scheduled for Thursday and Friday at Fenway Park. Preparations were abruptly interrupted just a few hours before the start, after a routine security inspection showed that certain structural components of the stage do not meet security standards.

Although technical problems were initially limited to Boston, they have now affected the rest of the tour schedule. The production team allegedly encountered logistics difficulties in moving key equipment and stages from Boston to Washington in such a short time.

However, part of the fans expresses concern that the right reasons could be deeper than technical problems.

Specifically, Shakira recently experienced a mysterious fall on stage during a concert in Montreal, and in February she was already forced to cancel her appearance in Lima for health problems. She was hospitalized at the time because of abdominal pain. In March, two more appearances in Chile were canceled due to problems with stage production.

Shakira started her current tour of ‘Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran’ on February 11th with a spectacular concert at Rio de Janeiro.

Although the tour has caused a great deal of fans around the world, frequent cancellation and organization problems throw a shadow to the return of the singer to the world stage. For now, it is unknown whether the canceled concerts will be compensated in another term, and the production team says they are making all the efforts to extend the rest of the tour without further difficulty.
