Vjosa Osmani-Sadriu: The report of the EU Parliament is overwhelmingly positive for Kosovo in terms of reforms that we have made. Kosovo is 100 % in line with the EU’s foreign and security policy. For example, we support the sanctions against Russia. At the same time, the report also shows the challenges that we face. We have been running the dialogue with Serbia since 2011 – a process with highs and lows. Kosovo has always shown to be behind the dialogue. The dialog has produced more than 40 agreements. But the majority of it was not implemented, namely from Serbia. You need two for tango dancing. We have not seen the will for this in Serbia’s leadership.
