« The summer house of the normalos » is, as the name suggests, a spin-off of the established RTL-Formats “that Summer house of the stars“. Exactly the same rules apply, however, the serious difference is that instead of prominent couples at the normal team, COUPles move into the summer house that are not in public. So they are not traveling as models, influencers or actors, but as a bank clerk, train attendant or real estate agent. Said summer house, now also known as the“ house ”, is in the contemporary town Bocholt-Barlo in North Rhine-Westphalia.
The winning couple not only await fame and honor, but also a prize money of 25,000 euros. All eight Couples from « The Summer House The Normalos » have to face various challenges and heated nominations during their time in the house, just like in the celebrity version of the format. Since many different personalities in the summer house meet and the candidates live together in a confined space, disagreements and occasional drama are practically inevitable. In 2024 Sam Dylan and Rafi Rachek won « The Summer House of Stars ».

On Monday, February 24, 2025, there was the first episode of the spin-off on the streaming platform RTL+ to see. This is followed by a new episode every week. Overall, the very first normal relay consists of eight individual episodes.

The transmission of « The Summer House of Normalos » 2025 on TV and stream runs
Unlike « The Summer House of the Stars », the normal version of the reality format does not appear on free TV RTL. Instead, there are the eight episodes of « The Summer House of the Normalos » only to be seen at the broadcasting streaming service. The use of RTL+ unfortunately not – If you want to follow the season with the non-prominent participants, you cannot avoid a paid subscription. Currently it costs RTL Plus Basic-Bo 5.99 euros per month.
