Security meeting was held at the Presidency – Cyprus Newspaper
With the call of President Ersin Tatar, a security meeting was held at the presidency.
According to the information given from the Presidency, the meeting started at 14.00 in the last days that began in recent days due to the dangers and measures to be taken due to the Israeli-Iranian war were discussed.

President Ersin Tatar, said in a statement after the meeting, the Security Forces Command, Police General Directorate and Civil Defense Presidency, according to information received in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, the registered shelters have a very high capacity and can be made quickly if needed, the defense measures are always ready, he said.
President of the Republic of Turkey, the Minister of National Defense Yaşar Güler’le said that a telephone conversation, President Tatar, the war is limited and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus does not contain high danger, he said.
President Tatar, in a possible situation, the Republic of Turkey is always ready for all activities to be carried out in land, sea and air.
Recalling that the Civil Defense Organization Presidency organized continuous exercises related to possible disasters and situations, President Tatar said that in the meeting, in the coming days, shelters and sirens were also discussed.
