Searches to Potra's people
Prosecutors within the Prosecutor's Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice carry out, on Friday, home searches within a criminal case concerning particularly serious offenses against public order and national security.
According to a statement of the General Prosecutor's Office, the investigation aims to commit the following crimes: actions against the constitutional order; non -observance of the regime of weapons and ammunition; operations with pyrotechnic articles performed without law; public instigation; Communication of false information and favoring the perpetrator.
According to some judicial sources, there are descendants in Bucharest, Botoșani, Suceava, Mureș and Cluj – Napoca, being targeted by Horațiu Potra.
Specifically, it is part of the mercenaries called by Potra in Bucharest on December 8, 2024, to participate in protests after the presidential elections have been canceled.
