SDP Mayor of Opatija goes to the race for another term

Opatija Mayor Fernando Kirigin announced his candidacy for another term, thanked the SDP for unreserved support and said that he would remind the important projects during the campaign, and the most important projects started to build a new health center.

Among the most important projects started in the area of ​​Opatija is the construction of a new health center, for which extensive project documentation, the construction of a new football stadium and Garaza Gorovo, which is before the completion, was needed. There is also a swimming pool next to the Marino Cvetkovic Sports Hall, for which a public procurement procedure will soon be announced. There is also the possibility of getting a considerable grant for the construction of the pool, which will be more likely to be said later, Kirigin listed on Monday.

They are also in preparation, he points out, for the construction of apartments within the project of a predictable housing, and is expected to pass the appropriate laws at the state level. Kirigin announced the early start of the regulation of the area of ​​Slatina, after a long architectural tender and very important construction of a home for the elderly. He said that Opatija has one of the best social programs in Croatia who has been completed and upgraded twice, which he says will continue.
