When asked whether Schoos is bothered by the Moscow trip of Kartheiser, she says that it is « something normal in politics that politicians from different countries meet ». Every MP has the freedom to speak to others and exchange ideas. « This is called democracy, » said Schoos. It could not be that « politicians are prescribed by parties, who they are allowed to talk to and with whom ».
The ADR President cannot yet say how the party wants to react to a possible exclusion of Kartheiser from the EKR faction. « We will look when the time comes. It is not just one or two people in the EKR. » It is not the case that the ADR already extends its feelers after a new faction. It is not the moment for it, says Schoos.
Schoos accuses Ekr « Pure Hypocrisy »
Schoos cannot understand a possible exclusion of the ADR. Before the invasion of Ukraine in 2022 and during the war, the party represented the values of the EKR, it affirmed. The ADR continues to plan this in the future.
