A man is in the hospital after being thrown by an individual on the block scale, from the fourth floor, hitting the head of the cement floor.

‘On 02.06.2025, around 08:00, while they were on the scale of a block in Bucharest, Sector 6, the defendant, a 49-year-old man, against the backdrop of a spontaneous conflict, resorted to physical aggression towards the injured person, a 44-year-old man, The level from the 4th floor in the direction of the stairs to the 3rd floor, causing its fall directly on the level between the two rows of stairs between the floors and hitting the victim with the cement floor head. The victim, who had bleeding in the head area, remained inert, being subsequently drawn by the defendant down the stairs, up to the stairs between the 2nd and 3rd floors, reports the Capital Prosecutor’s Office in a press release.
The injured man was transported to the University Emergency Hospital in Bucharest, and at present his condition is stable.
The aggressor was detained for 24 hours, for committing the crime of attempted murder, being taken to the Bucharest Court with a proposal for a preventive arrest.
