Scandalos what did Gregorian Bivolaru’s disciple do
Yoga instructor Eugen Mîrtz, the founder of the so-called spiritual movement « Alchemy » and former student of Gregorian Bivolaruwas sent to court by DIOCT for trafficking in persons and rape in continuous form (12 material acts). In the same file, four yogic accomplices, a man (Vasile Bobîrnac) and three women (Mariana Dobre, Diana Ioana Vătăjiță and Daniela Alexandra Baciu) were sent to court.
According to DIICOT, during 2012, Eugen Mîrtz, 63 years old, initiated and constituted an criminal group organized together with two of the defendants (31 and 40 years old), organized crime group to which two other defendants have joined, all acting for the purpose of obtaining financial benefits, which were for the use of financial benefits, which were 15, Pornographic manifestations for the production and dissemination of pornographic materials or other forms of sexual exploitation.
With in-depth knowledge about yoga and presenting themselves as a founder and instructor in national/European centers in the field, Eugen Mîrtz is accused of recruiting people from the students and, by using various manipulative techniques, caused them to practice video chat, in order to obtain useful materials from them.
In the same context, under the pretext of a spiritual evolution, Eugen Mîrtz conditioned the victims to accept sexual relations with him, and later, after removing any notion of consent, he caused them to produce materials with explicit sexual content for online platforms dedicated to adults.
The victims were housed in apartments held or rented by the defendants, and for the practice of video chat activity, the injured persons were hosted in two locations located in sector 5 of the municipality of Bucharest, buildings arranged and equipped with the necessary technique: Internet, computers, webcams.
Through the activities carried out, the defendants obtained the amount of 1,402,947 euros.
At the same time, through the act of referral of the court, the DIICOT prosecutors – the central structure requested to maintain the measure of the insurance seizure set up on 12 buildings and land belonging to the defendants and amounts of 284,252 lei and $ 2,580, as well as the confiscation of these goods.
Also, the defendants were requested to pay the defendants to pay the amount of 45,000 lei with the title of judicial expenses advanced by the state.
The file was submitted for competent settlement to the Bucharest Court.
