ANRE states that the competent authorities will notify the legal measures against any misleading commercial practices that affect the public confidence and may harm the candidates interested in obtaining an authorization in the energy field.
« The National Energy Regulatory Authority (ANRE) is firmly delimited by the site https://chestarere-anre.ro/ and draws the public’s attention that this site does not belong and is not administered by ANRE. Lately, ANRE has been informed about the fact that the mentioned online platform promotes articles that can create confusion among the candidates interested in the electrician authorization process, inducing the idea of an official connection with ANRE and promoting services or rates that have no correspondence with the legal taxes charged by the institution, ”ANRE reports.
ANRE mentions that it does not collaborate in any way with this platform and does not authorize any third party to collect taxes or provide services on behalf of the institution.
« All the official information about the process of authorizing the electricians (the calendar of the sessions, the conditions of registration, the applicable topics and taxes) are published exclusively on the official website of ANRE: www.anre.ro. We call on all interested candidates not to be misled by unauthorized sites or platforms that use names or logos that can create the appearance of an ANRE, ”say the representatives of the authority.
Authorization fees and registration procedures are paid directly to ANRE, according to the official information published on the institution’s website. No other entity is empowered to intermediate this process.
