SberTech registered a new company for the development of Supreme Studies software (PO). The structure will create high -tech software and the development of tools for digital products. Market participants note that the creation of the company takes place against the background of growing demand for domestic IT solutions and will help strengthen the position of Sbretech in the market for banks, but at the same time will increase competition with companies developing independently.
“Kommersant” found in “Spark-Interfax” that SberTech-the Sbering Technological Unit-registered a new software development company, Suptech LLC, May 30, 2025 in the Krasnodar Territory in Sirius (Sochi). Sbretech Kommersant said that the company is registered to create high -tech software and the development of tools for the development of digital products. The share of Sbertekh in the authorized capital of the new company is 98%, 2% belong to T-360 LLC.
AO « SberTech » -The Sberbra IT unit, bred in 2011 into an independent company, is engaged in the development of software. The revenue for 2024 amounted to 20.5 billion rubles, a net loss of 425.7 million rubles. In addition to LLC « Supers », the company has no subsidiaries.
LLC company « T-360 » It was registered in March 2022 and is engaged in the development of software. It belongs to LLC Digital Assets-a company from the field of management of financial and industrial complexes, the revenue of which in 2022 amounted to 231.5 billion rubles, a net loss of 98.5 billion rubles.
The analyst of the FG Finams Leonid Delitsyn believes that, based on the registration of the company in the federal territory, Sirius, she will create tools for the digital transformation of public administration and the education system. SberTech is one of the largest IT companies in the country, investments in the project can be from 300 million rubles. Such large banks such as VTB, Gazprombank and Alfa-Bank have their own developers. Vice President of the Association of Banks of Russia Yana Epifanova believes that large banks that have many resources and regional units are interested in developing the software for their business models. At the same time, small and medium-sized IT-budget banks do not have enough business for the development of business, so they have to choose alternative finished products, which can later be customized for themselves, she adds. VTB, GPB, Alfa-Bank did not respond to the request of Kommersant.

The emergence of players such as Supertech can increase competition among domestic developers and stimulate the market for more aggressive development. New solutions are in demand in the segments of corporate systems and development platforms. The creation of the « super-tape » fits into the strategy of « Sberblack » on the development of its own IT ecosystem. » Mr. Zaitsev believes that the new company will develop innovative software products and AI solutions for the needs of the Sberbish itself, as well as for external customers.
