SAO: found irregularities and systemic weaknesses in the work of the Basic Court in Gostivar

More irregularities and systemic weaknesses have shown the audit of financial statements and the audit of the compliance of the Gostivar Basic Court made by the State Audit Office.

The absence of documentation has been found to confirm the right to ownership or use of real estate – the building where the court is housed, the census is not implemented in accordance with the legislation, that a system for electronic records of working hours and overtime is set, but it is not used because of the malfunction.
