Salmon tastes much better and ‘melts in the mouth’ with one added ingredient
The butter covers the salmon and holds the moisture, giving it a luxurious, juicy and melting texture. The recipe is to season 800 grams of salmon with salt and black pepper and melt about 200 grams of butter in the microwave until soft, and then brush it generously over the fish.
Cut the fillet into large pieces and fry them at medium heat for about eight minutes. Turn them halfway so that both sides turn golden and crispy.
In the same pan, add a cut onion, which is fried until soft. Then stir in three cracked cloves of garlic, followed by 250 grams of sliced mushrooms and a red pepper, cut into thin strips.
When the vegetables start to become soft, season them lightly and then add 120 grams of spinach and some cooking cream. Stir until the sauce becomes rich and creamy.
Put the fried salmon pieces back in the pan and gently place them in the sauce. Top with lemon slices, cover and simmer for 15 minutes so the flavors can distribute.
When butter is heated at medium heat, the milk proteins begin to brown, giving the salmon a golden, crispy surface with a slightly nutty aroma. Butter adds a rich, slightly nutty flavor when browned and it fits perfectly with the natural sweetness of the salmon.
When combined with cream, garlic, lemon and sautéed vegetables, tie the whole dish together and give a silky, harmonious finish. As an accessory, you can cook potatoes until tender, and then mash them with butter, warm milk, salt and pepper to taste.
It may sound like a bit of a lap, but once you get started with it, you discover that it’s quite easy to deal with.
If you want to make a delicious meal tonight, this salmon is therefore a good bet. It is easy to make, tastes heavenly and helps you turn up your intake of fish a little, which is of course also very important.
