« Saint Paisios – from the Faras in the sky »: The latest episode of the series tonight at Mega
A spiritual path, full of humility, difficulties, steadfast faith and hope, is coming to an end.
The second cycle of Mega’s historical-biographical series « Saint Paisios-From the Farasa to Heaven », which presented the life of St. Paisios, the emblematic figure that inspired a multitude of people, since it decided to unite until its downturn, ends at 21:50.
The series moved and conquered the hearts of viewers, from the very first moment, with the immersive interpretations, the excellent script and the directing excellence. Elder Paisios’ downtown Assumption, his holy establishment and the miracles that are performed after his death, are the sealing of his fans and the epilogue of Mega’s historical -biographical series.

Episode 12
In Panagouda’s cell, Father Paisios receives a lot of people every day and with tremendous patience and love embraces all people. His health is shaken and suffering from irrelevant bleeding. The following exams show cancer in the intestine and Father Paisios is led to surgery and chemotherapy. He lives in the monastery of St. John the Theologian, in Souroti, where the Gerontissa, along with the nuns of the monastery, stand next to him. He treats his illness with courage and steadfast faith and becomes a shining example for everyone who is close to him. Treating his illness and his downtown downtown are the crowning of all his spiritual course and exercise.
