Rinkēvičs expressed his condolences to the relatives of the victims and reaffirmed Latvia’s support for Ukraine and fair peace.

The Russian barbaric crime has also been condemned by the leaders of other European countries, including French President Emmanuel Macron and British Prime Minister Kyr Starmer.
