The conference in Budapest was opened by Laslo Kever, Chairman of the Hungarian National Assembly and Viktor Orban, Prime Minister of Hungary. The conference of EU Parliaments is an annual Speaker Forum for the exchange of views, information and experience. The Presidents of the EU Member States, the Speaker of the European Parliament and the Presidents of the EU Candidate Countries’ Parliaments participate in it.
