Russia has greatly improved North Korean rocket KN-23 / day
The War Zone recalls that the first rocket KN-23, or Hwasong-11 « , which North Korea delivered to Russia, proved to be extremely poor quality. According to the Ukrainian prosecutor’s office, about half of them not only deviated from the trajectory, but also exploded in the air.

Budanov did not disclose what was changed directly in the rockets, but stated that Russia gives North Korea technology in exchange for soldiers and weapons supplies.
He announced that Russia also modernizes the « Air-Air » missile, as well as the technologies used in submarines, and, unfortunately, ballistic missiles capable of carrying nuclear warheads.
Budanov also added that Russia had concluded an agreement on the production of « Harpia » and « Gera », the Russian version of the Iranian drone « Shahed-136 » in North Korea. This, in turn, will lead to changes in military balance in the region between North Korea and South Korea, he added.
