Natalia had a world at her feet. A charming woman, winner of the title of Vice -Care of Warmia and Mazury in the beauty contest. She did not develop her career in this direction, but took up a related field. She embellished others, led the beauty salon. She also fulfilled as a mother – she has a four -year -old son. Suddenly her life changed radically. The woman felt bad. – At the beginning, the symptoms of the disease resembled flu. She had photophobia and her back and legs hurt terribly – says Natalia’s mother, Barbara Lewandowska (65 years old). – She wanted to go to the doctor. She went out into the street and fell. We went to the hospital with her. On the first day she was still walking, on the second leg they refused to obey – says Barbara. – Doctors did all the tests and made a diagnosis: Guillain-Barré team. There was a swallowing disorders and breathing problems, due to low hemoglobin, the daughter was transmitted to the daughter’s blood – he says.
Natalia is still under the respirator, she will have a long and expensive rehabilitation
– Natalia is still under the respirator, she has a tracheotomic tube and does not breathe on his own – adds Mrs. Natalia’s mother. – He moves his lips poorly and we try to read what he says to us. This is what our communication looks like. She felt very bad yesterday, but she starts moving her hands and bends his fingers gently. The worst are infected breathing muscles. It still cannot be disconnected from the respirator. Low hemoglobin causes the risk of hypoxia of the whole body – he explains.
