Thursday day in Planica is traditionally intended for children who visit Planica as part of the Children Triglav campaign. With 70 buses this year, Zavarovalnica Triglav brought 4,000 children from 124 Slovenian elementary schools to Planica, four schools with a tailored program, three protection and works centers, two secondary schools and one disability company, who also impressed the best jumpers of the world with pumpkin cheer.

Their cheerleading mood was at its peak before the start of the qualifiers, as they cheered the pumpkin at every jump during their official training. Although their main favorites are all Slovenian Eagles, they are delighted with all the jumpers who dare to descend through the jumping room. « I don’t know how they dare to jump so far. » And how do they explain their successes, what is the secret of their long flights? ““ “Because they are ‘most stringent’. Because they train so much. Because they have wings. Because they have strong legs. Because they are brave.« 

Our eagles never disappoint us, so this year children have promised to jump over a 250 -meter magic border. They are convinced that the record – 260 meters – will fall.
