The contract will be concluded for six weeks, during which the Romanian side wants to obtain a full report on the acquired assets.
On April 14, the EBRD announced a tender for finding a new investor for the International port of Dzhurguleshta.
The bank emphasized that the tender is in full coordination with the Government of Moldova, including issues of the future legal and commercial structure of the port.
The Dzhurgulest Port complex is the only port in Moldova that has a direct access to the international waterways and the Black Sea.
The complex includes the Danube Logistics Danube Logistics, which is owned by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and the Dzhurgulest Passaging Port, managed by the State Enterprise Portul Fluvial Ungheni.
