Robert Goter knocked Slovenian but not a world record in accordion playing

Accordion player Robert Goterwho went hunting for the Guinness record on Tuesday in the longest continuous playing of the accordion, concluded playing on Thursday after 58 hours, 21 minutes and 24 seconds. In doing so, he broke the Slovenian record, but not the world, which amounts to over 80 hours. He was overcome by fatigue, his experience will benefit him next time, he said.

In the clip he posted on social networks in the middle of last night, he announced to supporters and fans that everything was fine with him. He said that he had a lot of work to work with the organization in the days before the record of breaking the record and that he had already come tired to break the record held at Villa Bianci in Velenje.

« We still have a lot of reserves when we go for it next time, » he said. He added that they gained a lot of experience, what could be better.

« Maybe I really gave up too much and focused too little on breaking the record, » said Goter, who has 40 years of playing and entertaining people with accordion. “It’s me. Three musicians have already taken a similar venture in Slovenia.
