The average consumer basket is ready, some more things are finalized. It will certainly not have cigarettes and alcohol and seasonal fruit that is not characteristic of the year of the year, will be quality with qualities, said Deputy Minister of Economy and Labor Marjan Risteski tonight in Top Top Top Top Top Top.

According to Risteski, the basket will not be for politics, but for further policies to protect the living standards of the citizens.

– The its development involved the Ministries of Economy and Labor, Agriculture, Finance, the State Market Inspectorate and the Committee for Protection of Competition in order to obtain a better average union basket. The average trade union basket will be neither for politics and politics, nor for public opinion in the citizens, ie how to say certain sinful parameters that would be said in the public, but we need as a Ministry of Economy and Labor for the further policies that they would make in terms of protecting the living standards. We do not calculate for a four -member Macedonian average family, according to the State Statistical Office is 3.06 or 3.08, a three -member family and data on basic foodstuffs have been obtained and all that is needed and involved in maintaining the life standard of the citizens and the real calculation of those realistic needs that result from living in daily living.

He informed that the formula for the basket took the modalities of the State Statistical Office and the State Market Inspectorate from several markets in the country with the highest, medium and lowest prices, and will be taken from the green markets and local markets in the regions. In contrast, according to him, unions calculated the minimum union basket only from the prices of one market, and the last basket did not publish « not as they explained because of the current situation with the tragedy in Kocani, but for many more basic reasons ».

– From what we have as information, informal, it is certainly over 1000 denars, perhaps more than 1,500, 1,600 denars. I can’t say, 1,500, 1,600 denars for someone is a lot, for some little, but we are not based on their union basket. They continue to do it, it is not a relevant factor, they are a trade union movement, their purpose is to show a higher basket in order to justify the fight and politics. It is a legitimate right, ours will be real – Risteski said.

He also assessed that it had the effect of anti -crisis measures that end at the end of the month and noted that inflation had been reduced, legislative changes were made in the area of misdemeanor proceedings, with the State Market Inspectorate imposed 500 to 600 penalties. He also pointed out that the Law on Prohibition of Unfair Trading Practices is applied.

Regarding the outcome of today’s meeting with the unions, he announced that the trade union representativeness will be established in a week at the latest, the Economic and Social Council will start and will revise members of the General Collective Agreement (OKD) for the public sector.

« We want to make a general consensus with the trade unions and they said give us time to think, so these days we expect whether there will be revision of certain members, unlike the general thinking that the signing of a general collective agreement would settle certain salaries, primarily in the public administration, » Risteski said.

With the revision of the OKD and the Law on Salaries in Public Administration preparing, he clarified that quality and concrete solutions should be obtained for wage leveling in order not to injustate the employees of the public administration and the payment of lower salaries by 30 percent.
