Revealed which parties’ commissions and viewers voted for « catharsis » in the Eurovision finals

As usual, the performances of the participants were evaluated by both the audience and the commission, which consisting of members elected from all the contestants. The audience gave their sympathies during the live broadcast of the final, and the commission performed its duty on the eve of it, then a general rehearsal. When the final broke out, it became clear at night which countries were most supportive of Lithuania.

Spectators’ scores for Lithuanian representatives « Katarsis » in the finals were set as follows: Ukraine (12), Latvia (10), Ireland (8), United Kingdom (8), Sacartwell (6), Poland (6), Luxembourg (4), Norway (4), Denmark (2), Estonia (1), Finland (1).

The scores of the members of the foreign commission set up the « catharsis » in the finals as follows: Latvia (7), Poland (6), United Kingdom (6), Czech Republic (5), Netherlands (4), Montenegro (3), San Marino (3).

In total, Lithuanian representatives scored 96 points this year – 34 from the commission and 62 from the audience.

As we have already writtenthat Lithuanian representatives « Katarsis » took 16th place in the 69th Eurovision Song Contest. At that time, the competition was won by Austrian representative – performer JJ.

Israeli spokeswoman Yuval Raphael remained second place, and third place was won by Estonian artist Tommy Cash.

The Katarsis group came to the Saturday Eurovision final event after the Thursday’s semi -finals. They appeared in the competition with the song « Your Eyes ».

Last year, Silvester Belt, a Lithuanian spokesman at Eurovision in Sweden, Malmis, took 14th place with the song « Luktelk ».

Lithuania was for the first time in Eurovision in 1994, when Ovidijus Vyšniauskas and the song « Lullaby Beloved » took the last place with zero scores.

The highest achievement in Lithuania is sixth in the 2006 competition, with LT United with the song « We Are The Winners ».
