Residents of Trzcinica in fear. The bulls of the neighbor are terrorizing the village
Polsat’s « intervention » of Polsat reports about the unusual problem of the inhabitants of Trzcinica. For a long time, their biggest bane are bulls belonging to the neighbor, who leave the pasture and loosely walk around the town.

Bulls sow terror in Trzcinica. People are afraid to leave the homes
– Everyone is afraid, no child goes out, because these are bulls. This is not a cat, a horse or a small one, just a bull – said Mr. Tomasz, a resident of Trzcinica in « intervention.
The owner of the herd is Piotr J., who was arrested in mid -April. It was then that the problem has gained strength, but, as the inhabitants say, the animals posed a threat for years, even when the man is in place. They point out that the shepherd on the fence does not work, thanks to which the bulls force the fence and leave the catwalk.

– Bulls run away from the pasture and we have a problem with them all the time, enter our property. They come to the house when they want: at night, day. They come and destroy. The wife plays trees and they destroy – says « intervention » by Marek Janiga, the village administrator of Trzcinica.
According to residents, the owner releases cattle to find food themselves, because they have nothing to « nibble » on their catwalk. But the problem is not only with animals. Piotr J. is to endure garbage to his property, scatter it at home and garden, attach residents. Their accounts show that the police often intervene in this house.
People are powerless. The authorities of the Jasło commune feed on the bulls and after the last intervention they provided them with water, but in the long run it is not known who should take responsibility for them. And how to make the herd not leave the catwalk?
« Each cow has a name »
– We try to make this cattle receive water, receive food, but it is difficult to accept that we would build a new fence on this farm, which has not been there. As long as his mother lived, because probably 2 or 3 years ago she died, it was a bit different there. However, after the death of his mother, he was alone, for this man every cow’s name. I do not know if this assessment belongs to me, whether it is an exaggerated assessment, but it is probably more attached to cows than to many people. Man has his rights, even if he was burdensome – says Wojciech Zawoś, the head of the Jasło commune in Polsat.
The inhabitants of Trzcinica say that it often happens that the cow or bull stand in the middle of the road, posing a threat.
– We are afraid, because he can scold himself, it can run, it can slide, there are a lot of scenarios, which can happen – says Mr. Krzysztof.
As unofficially learned journalists of « Intervention », Piotr J. has already left detention. After the media intervention, officials decided to fix the pasture fence.
