Repeatedly fined for laying in their private

A resident of the old western town says his travels are not smooth, but he has repeatedly been fined for putting in a private place outside his home. The parking lot has not wanted to cancel the fines despite the parking lot on its plot.

« This has become really tired. It’s charged (in parking) to nine there every day, it goes without saying that you can’t even get people to visit anymore, » says Borgar Þór Þórisson, a resident of the old western town, in a conversation with mbl.is.

Last Monday, Borgar was fined for imposing his private place with his housing in the West Bank.

He has requested a reopening request for the case, but from the pictures, Borgar’s car is within limits.

« My wife says I just put up on ten, » says Borgar.

The Parking Fund has recently launched a car with camera equipment that drives around in payable areas and scanning number plates laid in the city’s parking lot.

After the car has scanned the number plate, a parking lot employee looks up whether the parking lot has been paid. If not, the person gets a fine.

Kristín Þórdís Ragnarsdóttir, a specialist in the parking lot fund, said in a conversation with mbl.is in early April that there were still stupids in the new system but that people are advised to send re -enactment requests if they believe they have been fined for wrong.

As mentioned earlier, Borg has requested a re -enactment request, but no response has been received from the city.
