Record criminal report against Jacka and her husband

Socialist Party MP candidate Olta Xhaçkaka, and her husband, Artan Gaci, have been under investigation by SPAK on allegations of alienation of properties in Himara. The Special Court has decided by ordering the Special Prosecutor’s Office to register criminal proceedings against MP Olta Xhaçkaka and her husband Artan Gaci.
The investigation has begun after a report made by former Europeanmia Fredi Beleri, who demanded a review of the SPAK decision that had not launched proceedings against Jacka and Gaci, although they had been related to a similar issue that included former Himara mayor Jorgo Goro.
In the decision of 28 February, the Special Court ordered the SPAK to register criminal proceedings and to continue investigations against MP Xhaçkaka and her spouse for the offenses of abuse of office, falsifying documents and clearing offenses committed in co -operation.
The charges are related to the giving of a property that, according to Beler, has been alienated and then sold Artan Gaci. This process also included the falsification of documents that gave an area of 5512 square meters of land, which was originally recorded as land and then declared agricultural land to be sold further.
Meanwhile, on March 13, the Special Court sentenced Jorgo Goron, the former mayor of Himara, with 3 years and 1 month in prison for abuse of office and non-declaration of property. The sentence is reduced to 2 years and 20 days after applying the summary judgment. /A2cnn/
