She sees a pharmacist’s work in close collaboration with doctors. A lot has been done in Latvia – in pharmacies, conferences and seminars, as well as implementing important projects with colleagues. Elena Petrishina admits, “When I found out I was nominated for the award, I was a little confused – I do not feel that I had done something extraordinary, but I realized that the standard of » pharmaceutical care « last year. Colleagues, Elena, describe the enthusiasts of their profession, who, through their work, are able to influence the processes of pharmaceutical care and the professional development of pharmacists throughout Latvia. In anticipation of the national holiday, the Ministry of Health was awarded to health professionals. Its purpose is to express recognition and gratitude to outstanding professionals, officials and employees of the public health, health care and pharmaceutical industry for their work and merit in the development of the industry and the Latvian state.
